Releases
Pick a tag → download from Assets → Install → first-time setup (keys → firmware → game folders). Release notes stay on each release page.
Direct downloads use the same file list as that tag’s release on git.ryujinx.app.
This site emphasizes Canary download flows in navigation and copy; Stable uses the same first-time setup steps once you pick a Stable tag and matching Asset.
How to pick a file
- Open Canary or Stable (below).
- Open a release → Assets.
- Download the entry for your OS and CPU(x64 vs arm64 / ARM64).
- For "latest" only, use Download latestfirst — same host as the project (
update.ryujinx.app).
Canary
One build per main-branch commit. Frequent updates; may break.
Stable
Roughly monthly. Fewer moving parts than Canary.
Roll back a bad update
In Release.canary or Release.stable, open an older tag; re-download the asset for your platform. Extract to a new folder or back up the old one. Use File → Open Ryujinx Folderin a working session to see data paths.
Why we don't list every version
A mirror list would go stale. The release lists on git.ryujinx.app are the source for version, Assets, and notes.
Before you upgrade
- Read the note for a change you need.
- Keep the previous archive to revert.
- Try a new build in a separate folder for critical games.
